In 2010, it was time to return to her first love of cooking. Chef Kristina moved to Las Vegas and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. Prior to founding Delightful Chefs, she studied under the wings of renowned Las Vegas chefs, working at many restaurants and resorts including Wynn, Las Vegas where she spent a majority of her time in catering and banquets. At Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion, she created many menu items, while also holding the position of Pastry Chef. In 2013, she began to work as a personal chef for Las Vegas’ top echelon families.
Fast-forward to two years later, Chef Kristina’s skills in the kitchen earn her a spot on the television show Late Night Chef Fight, competing in a food truck competition. (Season 2 Episode 1)
When she is not in the kitchen, she enjoys being a down to earth gal, spending quality time with friends and family.

Meet The Team
Executive Chef & Founder
Chef Kristina Elmido is one of Las Vegas’ finest personal chefs. She is a chef to the stars serving Mariah Carey, Eryka Badu and the Las Vegas Elite. Her specialty is Asian Fusion, adding a flare of Pacific Rim flavors to her dishes. She is well known for her signature dessert, White Chocolate “Halaya” Cheesecake.
Chef Luis is a graduate of CIA and leads the production team at Delightful Chefs. He is an expert in all facets of the culinary industry from the back of house kitchen to front of house service.
He is a California-born, Las Vegas raised veteran with a passion for the culinary arts. After serving in the US Army, he attended The Culinary Institute of America where he graduated with a culinary degree and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
While well-versed in all genres of food, his specialty is classic French cuisine. His expertise were best showcased at some of the finest restaurants including Baltimore & Partage.
Chef Luis also has extensive Front of the House experience working as a bartender and server for many years.
His love for the Food & Beverage industry comes from the unique experiences of meeting different people while sharing an array of cuisines.
Nutritional Gourmet Chef & Sales Manager
Chef Kas is famous for serving athletes by creating performance-focused cuisine. Putting the ‘gourmet’ in clean eating, has made him the top choice of professional athletes serving fighters, baseball players and football players in Las Vegas. He is currently working closely coaches of the Raiders and UFC.
Chef Tricia Caday
Chef Tricia was born in the Philippines and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tricia studied Culinary and Pastry Arts in Kapiolani Community College with a certification in the Hospitality and Hotel Management. She started her pastry journey in Zippy’s, Alan Wong’s Bakery, Down to Earth, leading to a position in Royal Hawaiian Hotel.
From 2001 to 2005, Chef Tricia served the Governor’s Inaugural Event, The Bank of Hawaii’s President and a variety of first class functions. In Las Vegas, she worked for Carlos Bakery in Venetian, she learned from the most talented artists including Buddy V and the very talented, Chef Desiree’s Gelatology of Gelatology.
Chef Tricia is also the founder of Just Another Masterpiece, serving the community by providing fresh, and customized pastries for all life’s celebrations and sweet cravings.
Her passion is to share the knowledge she has gained throughout her career by teaching at workshops and providing a way for others to learn, to have fun baking and crafting. Life is a gift, so let’s celebrate with something sweet! “Oh taste and see…”
